Mawlio is free to start. You only pay if you need an address to last longer or want more addresses, using prepaid credits bought as one-time purchases. No subscriptions and no automatic charges.

Credit packs
Credits don't expire and are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. The bigger the top-up, the more credits you get per dollar.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country, taxes may apply; you'll see them before confirming the payment.

Receiving email, reading verification codes, and opening attachments is always free.
How you pay
- Credit or debit card: payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes. Mawlio never sees your card details.
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, and TRON, processed by NOWPayments. Each coin's network may charge its own fee.
You top up from Balance inside the app, without leaving Mawlio.
Refunds
- If a payment is charged twice or the credits don't reach your account, we'll refund you.
- You can request a refund for credits you haven't used within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits that have already been used are not refundable.
To request a refund, write to support@mawlio.com from your account email, including the date and amount of the payment.
